Welcome to Access Osceola

Access Osceola is a government access TV channel owned by the City of Kissimmee. It is operated in partnership between the City of Kissimmee, Kissimmee Utility Authority, Community Vision, Inc., Toho Water Authority, Osceola County Sheriff's Office, Osceola County Health Department, and the Supervisor of Elections Office. Access Osceola broadcasts on Bright House Networks channel 199 in Kissimmee and the unincorporated parts of Osceola County.
