About Us

Access Osceola is a government access TV channel owned by the City of Kissimmee. It is operated in partnership between the City of Kissimmee, Kissimmee Utility Authority, the Osceola School District, Community Vision, Inc., Osceola County, and Toho Water Authority. Access Osceola broadcasts on channel 9 for Bright House Networks cable subscribers in Kissimmee and the unincorporated parts of Osceola County.

The channel operates 24 hours - 7 days a week and features programs such as the City of Kissimmee Commission meetings, Osceola School Board meetings, Osceola County Commission meetings, weekly news magazines, educational programming, and a community bulletin board. In addition to original programming produced on behalf of the partners, the channel also includes programming from other sources such as the Armed Forces, state of Florida, and regional planning authorities.
