Access Osceola’s Mission:
The mission of Access Osceola is to serve the people of Kissimmee and Osceola County by providing quality television programming and services that are a conduit to distribute the power of education and information through the following methods:

• Making government more accessible and understandable to citizens as to encourage more participation in government activities and programs.
• Educating children and adults.
• Fostering citizen involvement in their community through time, talent and resources.
